SUSTAINABILITY
Making tyres is our craft, but protecting nature is our mission.
Every step towards sustainability is like another revolution of your pedals towards a better future.
2024
We bring you sustainable products that support your active lifestyle while protecting the planet. Our tyres are made to last longer and reduce the ecological footprint of every ride.
- Use of rubberized cord (byproduct from bellows production - securing the joints of cable reinforcements).
- Production and sale of rubber bands byproduct of inner tube production of tubes:
- the resulting, unusable production waste is recycled to produce another product.
- Recycling waste inner tubes to be reprocessed before final vulcanisation, both the rubber itself and the individual valves.
- Reducing the consumption of rubber by introducing new technological measures.
- Improving product quality by developing new compounds.
- Reducing the amount of natural and synthetic rubber in compounds by dosing regenerate.
We only cooperate with proven partners who share our values of quality and sustainability. Every part of our supply chain is carefully controlled to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards.
- Waste management:
- we recycle all waste from compoound production and then send it for further processing;
- minimising waste of raw materials and compounds.
- Purchasing raw materials from vetted suppliers.
- Reduction of carbon footprint:
- bulk purchases of raw materials on order;
- working with rubber companies to supply raw materials.
- Requiring our suppliers to adhere to a code of ethics.
People are our greatest asset. We promote fair working conditions, professional growth, work-life balance and personal life. Every voice is heard.
- Support for the REHA segment:
- we support the mobility of people with physical disabilities by developing and manufacturing wheelchair shells.
- Project Wheels for Africa:
- we supply tyres and inner tubes to The Gambia to support children who commute to school on bicycles;
- this gives them better access to education and the opportunity to develop their skills.
- Implementing safety measures to protect the health of employees.
- Increasing anti-discrimination measures.
- Promoting work-life balance.
- Supporting community initiatives, organising volunteer activities.
- Supporting local sports clubs, cultural events and charitable activities.
BETTER FOR RIDERS. BETTER FOR NATURE.
GOALS FOR 2025
We create durable tyres that go the distance and leave a smaller footprint.
- Maximising the recycling of waste materials:
- reduce the amount of unused waste to a minimum;
- optimise the recovery of rubberised cord waste.
- Reducing the carbon footprint of production:
- install energy efficient lighting and and machinery which consumes less energy.
- Testing recycled cord from plastics fished in the sea.
We collaborate with partners who share our passion for quality and sustainability.
- Circular economy:
- validation and implementation of processes for the use of recycled materials in manufacturing;
- the goal is to achieve a minimum of 5% recycled content in our products.
We want our employees to look forward to work, feel welcome and motivated to achieve common goals.
- Promoting employee mental health:
- aim to improve the overall wellbeing of employees by reducing stress levels and improving the working environment.

VISION FOR THE YEAR 2030
Our tyres are built for long life and a greener planet.
- Fully circular production and closed material cycle:
- achieve fully circular production, where all production waste is recycled and used either in the manufacture of new products or for other industrial applications;
- the goal is zero waste going to landfill.
Our aim is to work only with responsible partners and we will stick to this principle.
- Reducing the carbon footprint:
- minimise the carbon footprint across the supply chain through a combination of emissions reductions and investment in green projects (e.g. tree planting, renewable energy).
Our goal is to always prioritize the well-being of our employees.
- Improving the overall quality of life for employees:
- improve overall employee satisfaction through regular surveys and direct implementation of employee feedback;
