Claims & Returns
If you need to return products, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be your responsibility, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product is within our return policy.
Please ensure that the items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original labels and inside the package received on delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will send you the replacement part and provide you with all necessary instructions. Please contact our customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
For smoother communication please prepare the order number and description of the defective product.
