The Superior Team riders have completed their pre-season training. Over the winter, Filip Adel, Honza Jobánek, and the team’s newest member, Vojtěch Neradil, focused on general fitness training, often including cross-country skiing. As usual, they put in most of their cycling miles in Mallorca, though the weather wasn’t on their side this year. Over 17 days, they covered 2,100 km, despite getting caught in the rain during half their rides. Still, Filip Adel stuck to his plan and believes he will enter the season in excellent form.
Vojtěch Neradil, the team’s 24-year-old newcomer, already has several achievements on both the national and international stage. He trained individually in Mallorca in February before joining the team in March. The team expects him to settle in alongside their experienced marathon riders and support Filip Adel in pair races throughout the season.
The season kicks off on April 12 with the Prima Cup in Hradec Králové. After that, Filip and Vojta will take on the prestigious 4 Islands stage race in Croatia, part of the renowned Epic Series.
